Refund policy

Refund Policy:

We at IV League Nurse strive to provide our clients with the best possible service and care. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we offer the following refund policy:

- Refunds will only be issued for services that were paid for but not received.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided.
-No show/cancellation deposits are nonrefundable.
- In the event of a refund, the amount refunded will be the total amount paid for the service, minus any applicable fees or charges.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
- All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of the service date.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the request.
